Personal Information the Maguey Exchange Collects and Receives.
We collect and receive the following types of Personal Information:
Personal Information You Provide to the Maguey Exchange Directly. We receive the Personal Information you choose to provide when using our Services.
- For example, in connection with certain uses of our Services, such as when you register for our Services, sign up to receive electronic or other marketing communications, sign up to learn more about our upcoming events, enter a contest or sweepstakes, or communicate with customer service, you may be asked to provide information about yourself including your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, mobile phone number and/or information about your use of our Services.
Personal Information the Maguey Exchange Collects or Receives When You Use Our Services. We also may collect or receive Personal Information when you use our Services. - Our affiliates. We may share Personal Information with current and future “affiliates”, a term that includes our parent and subsidiary companies, joint venture partners, or other companies we control, are controlled by, or with which we are under common control.

- Data that is Not Personal Information. Third Parties That Provide Content, Advertising, or Functionality on Our Services.
Some of the content, advertising, and functionality on our Services may be provided by third parties that are not affiliated with us. Such third parties include, for example:
- Advertising providers, which help us and our advertisers provide ads (on our Services or elsewhere online) that may be tailored to users’ interests and understand users’ response to those ads;

Security and Retention.
We seek to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures based on the type of Personal Information and how we are processing that data. We retain Personal Information about you for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services. Children’s Privacy.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information about children under sixteen (16) years of age; if you are a child under the age of 16, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Information. If we learn we have collected Personal Information from a child under 16 years of age, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Our Services may contain links to other sites that we do not own or operate. Also, links to our Services may be featured on third party services on which we advertise. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not provide any of your Personal Information to these third parties without your consent. We provide links to third party services as a convenience to our users. These links are not intended as an endorsement of or referral to the linked services. The linked services should have separate and independent privacy statements, notices, and terms of use, which we recommend you read carefully. We do not have any control over such services, and therefore we take no responsibility and assume no liability for the manner in which the entities that operate such linked services may collect, use, disclose, secure, or otherwise treat your Personal Information.
State Law Privacy Rights.
California Resident Rights: Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to contact us to prevent disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes; in order to submit such a request, please contact us at support@magueyexchange.com.
Nevada Resident Rights: If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain Personal Data to third parties who intend to license or sell that Personal Data. You can exercise this right by contacting us at support@magueyexchange.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name. We do not sell Personal Information.
International Transfers of Personal Information.
The Maguey Exchange’s headquarters is in the United States, and, regardless of where you use our Services or otherwise provide information to us, your information may be transferred to, maintained, and processed by the Maguey Exchange, its affiliates, and our operational partners and service providers in the United States. Please note that U.S. privacy laws, regulations, and standards may not be equivalent to the laws in your country of residence and such information may be subject to lawful access by U.S. courts, law enforcement, and governmental authorities. By using our Services or by providing us with your information, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to, in, and out of the United States.
Changes to this Privacy Policy.
We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, but we will alert you to any such changes by placing a notice on the Maguey Exchange website, by sending you an email and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them.
